This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the development of copy and content for designated Animal Health portfolio initiatives.
• Manage projects from initial concept to final delivery, including proofreading.
• Assist in client regulatory reviews by acting as a product information expert.
• Appropriately source and cite written materials.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of each client, industry, therapeutics, diagnostic tools, target audiences, and relevant language.
• Develop strategic copy and narratives that align with brand identities across various formats, including print, digital, web, social media, campaigns, and technical guides.
• Edit content adhering to industry best practices while ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with FWD People team members and clients to express ideas and formulate concepts.
• Deliver content and copy solutions that are strategic and on-brand.
• Maintain version control and quality assurance of owned assets.
• Organize and manage files for effective project handoff.
• A minimum of 7 years of copywriting experience in a comparable agency setting.
• Primary specialization in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience in Animal Health is a significant advantage.
• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, consistency, and precision.
• Proficient in AMA and AP style guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of best practices within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
• Capability to apply references and validate content prior to regulatory submissions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage expectations independently.
• Strong critical thinking and storytelling capabilities.
• Proficient in conveying ideas through presentations and using GSuite.
• Competence in presenting to both clients and internal team members.
• Self-driven, positive, collaborative, adaptable, and proactive.
• Comfortable working autonomously with minimal onboarding.
• Quick to absorb brand guidelines and account context.
• Reliable in committing to agreed-upon hours and turnaround times.
• Demonstrates responsiveness throughout all projects.
• Must reside in a U.S. state.
