This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive execution of CRM campaigns through email, push notifications, and in-app pop-ups.
• Oversee the quality assurance process for campaigns.
• Coordinate both pre-scheduled and real-time messaging across various channels.
• Review and confirm the accuracy of all copy and creative assets.
• Manage weekly updates on promotional pacing.
• Develop and set up player bonuses, offers, and on-site banners.
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest enhancements.
• Ensure that all promotional materials are launched accurately and punctually.
• Maintain daily interactions with the Creative and Customer Support teams.
• Cultivate in-depth knowledge of the marketing technology stack and utilize its potential.
• Collaborate with the larger team on A/B testing and personalization efforts.
• Communicate proactively with your manager.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, promotional operations, or digital marketing.
• Practical expertise with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, Optimove).
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated interest in or direct experience with online casino operations.
• Proven capability to handle multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Excellent, proactive communication skills.
• A mindset focused on process improvement.
• A genuine curiosity about players and the online gaming industry.
