Senior Coordinator – Casino Promotions, CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Implement CRM and promotional campaigns

• Organize planned, seasonal, and real-time campaigns to meet customer needs and business goals

• Manage daily campaign setup, quality assurance, deployment, and reporting utilizing CRM and promotional tools

• Ensure that all messaging and promotional content is precise, compliant, and delivered punctually

• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute campaign mechanics, targeting strategies, offer structures, and messaging

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization

• Carry out testing plans and support ongoing improvement initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in CRM, promotions, or lifecycle marketing within the online gaming, sportsbook, casino, or a related digital sector

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Optimove) and/or promotional management systems

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to handle multiple campaigns at once

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, launch-driven environment

• Ability to analyze performance data and convert insights into actionable enhancements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including commercial, product, and compliance departments

• Familiarity with regulatory considerations across various jurisdictions (experience in Canada is a plus)
