This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Develop and execute A/B tests that significantly impact subscription growth for one of the major EdTech platforms in the German-speaking region.
• Establish and carry out growth experiments throughout the entire funnel — from formulating hypotheses to launching and assessing outcomes.
• Keep a well-organized experiment pipeline prioritized by impact, effort, and learning value.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and other relevant stakeholders to convert testing ideas into high-quality experiments.
• Leverage analytics, user research, competitive analysis, and industry best practices to uncover opportunities and formulate robust hypotheses.
• Communicate experiment outcomes, insights, and learnings openly with the team and stakeholders to foster alignment and ongoing enhancement.
• At least 2–4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), website optimization, or growth-focused positions.
• A proven history of designing and conducting experiments that resulted in measurable business outcomes (e.g., improved conversion rates, increased revenue).
• Familiarity with high-velocity testing environments and a commitment to consistently enhance experimentation speed without compromising quality or learning value.
• Strong analytical abilities and practical experience in interpreting quantitative data using tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Power BI.
• Excellent conceptual thinking skills with the capacity to structure and prioritize experiments in alignment with strategic growth objectives.
• Very good communication skills in English to effectively articulate insights and strategies to stakeholders across various functions and levels of seniority.
• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Convert) and ideally additional research/UX tools such as Hotjar.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Preferred (but not mandatory): strong German language skills to better understand customer needs in the DACH market.
• Flexible working hours, remote-first working model, and the option to work from another EU country for up to 180 days per year.
