Senior Conversation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the conversational and agentic interaction patterns for the Autodesk Assistant

• Influence the Assistant’s voice, tone, and persona

• Create error, repair, and fallback flows that ensure a productive conversation

• Collaborate with teams in product, engineering, and experience design

• Contribute to the Autodesk Assistant pattern library

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in conversation design, UX design, or a related discipline

• Strong foundation in human-centered and conversation design principles

• Your writing reflects a designer's mindset, treating conversational words as part of the interface

• A clear perspective on what constitutes a trustworthy AI conversation

• Experience in designing conversational, agentic, or chat-based interaction patterns

• Practical familiarity with prompt design and system-prompt architecture

• A solid grasp of the behavior of large language models

• Proficiency in Figma and related prototyping tools
