Senior Contract Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and expand a contract desk within CBTR, functioning as an independent business — aiming for a target of over £30k MGP.

• Acquire new contract business and transform existing Cloud Bridge consulting accounts into ongoing contractor placements.

• Develop robust contractor pipelines across various domains including Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Architecture, FinOps, Data, AI, and Security.

• Utilize Cloud Bridge's unique advantages — leverage relationships with an established AWS Premier Partner, strategic alliances, and consulting teams for valuable introductions and market insights that standalone agencies cannot provide.

• Enhance account extensions and account growth — cultivate client relationships to foster repeat revenue and continuous MGP expansion.

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of CBTR — engage in strategic planning, explore new markets (including Europe), and evolve into a leadership position as the function grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated recruitment experience in technology, cloud, or infrastructure sectors — whether in permanent or contract roles.

• A consistent history of billing success — you have excelled as a top performer on your desk, regardless of whether the revenue is from permanent or contract placements.

• Proven business development skills — you possess the ability to open doors, forge relationships, and secure business opportunities.

• Ambition to scale — you are not satisfied with merely maintaining the status quo. Your goal is to build a £30k+ MGP desk and exceed that target.

• An entrepreneurial spirit — you aspire to take ownership of your work rather than just filling a position.
