Senior Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to evaluate, draft, and negotiate contracts related to clinical research projects, ensuring they comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and assistance to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and responsibilities.

• Keep precise and organized records of contracts, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Support the development and execution of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in contract management is preferred.

• Significant experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO clinical research sector in Australia.

• A solid understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Exceptional analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex contractual provisions and identifying potential issues or opportunities.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
