This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more countries.
• Oversee the team responsible for generating content for both current and prospective Loopio customers
• Shape the content strategy to effectively engage the intended audience and influence business outcomes
• Manage the strategy, production, and execution of content across various formats, including short-form videos and quarterly original research projects
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and People teams
• Offer strategic advice on content formats and subjects to maintain Loopio’s reputation as a thought leader
• Expand Loopio’s market presence through paid and owned channels
• Oversee relationships with freelancers, industry professionals, and agencies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on web traffic, conversions, pipeline, and revenue that has been closed-won
• Develop and disseminate content that supports marketing strategies and the company's growth objectives
• 5-8 years of experience in formulating effective content strategies within a B2B environment
• A portfolio showcasing writing, copyediting, and creative production abilities
• Strong comprehension of content's significance in a B2B SaaS buyer's journey
• Experience in leadership, management, and teaching
• Capability to provide direction and accept feedback from both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in creating and promoting content across diverse channels
• Background in developing case studies, delivering conference presentations, producing webinar content, and brainstorming social media posts
• Excellent project management skills for long-term strategic initiatives and intricate projects
• Extensive experience in measuring content team performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Candidates must reside in the relevant hub regions; valid Canadian work permits/SIN are required for employment in Canada, and Loopio does not provide sponsorship
