This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of Authentic8’s content engine, managing all aspects from the website to editorial planning, publishing coordination, optimization, and buyer journey advancement.
• Oversee and maintain authentic8.com, which includes the content roadmap, updates, performance metrics, speed, links, forms, tracking, and SEO.
• Develop the content marketing strategy and editorial calendar tailored to ideal customer profiles (ICPs), use cases, and the entire buyer journey.
• Identify content deficiencies and prioritize creation based on their potential impact on the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external contributors, managing drafts and editing to produce publishable materials.
• Create and disseminate a variety of content types, including blog posts, videos, case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, webinars, newsletters, nurture emails, and derivative content.
• Work alongside external designers, video producers, editors, internal operations, web developers, and marketing stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a Marketing Specialist focused on organic social media.
• Establish repeatable workflows for content and AI processes.
• Enhance the website and content for SEO, AEO, GEO, search engines, AI answer engines, and conversion optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and refine content architecture, metadata, schema, and FAQ organization.
• Transform major assets into a series of blogs, social media content, email campaigns, short-form videos, and sales enablement tools.
• Execute A/B testing for landing pages, CTAs, offers, headlines, creative assets, and more.
• Monitor content's contribution to MQLs, opportunities, revenue, traffic, rankings, conversions, and engagement analytics.
• Provide insights and integrate performance data back into the content roadmap.
• Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager along with internal and external subject matter experts.
• At least 7 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably within a dynamic startup or scale-up environment.
• Proven experience in managing and developing direct reports.
• Direct experience overseeing a company website end-to-end in collaboration with internal operations and external developers.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage editorial calendars aligned with ICPs, use cases, and the complete buyer journey.
• Experience in coordinating content driven by subject matter experts, including briefing experts, editing drafts, and packaging expertise into assets for ICPs.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and content architecture.
• Familiarity with AEO and GEO, including testing visibility in AI-generated answers.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools for content repurposing, editing, and large-scale personalization.
• Proven track record of measurable content outcomes, such as increases in organic traffic, ranking improvements, conversion rate enhancements, or contributions to the sales pipeline.
• Exceptional skills in editing and copywriting.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to present best practices and process improvements to key stakeholders.
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Claude Code, SEMrush, Asana, Zoom, Google Workspace Suite, and Frontify content management system.
