This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Create high-quality, captivating, and original content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, press releases, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Oversee and expand the social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Schedule posts, monitor audience engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
• Write, edit, and publish blog articles that reflect the brand's voice and resonate with the target audience.
• Conduct keyword research to enhance blog content for SEO purposes.
• Compose press releases that highlight company news, product launches, and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies that align with marketing goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of content.
• Provide regular reports and insights to refine content strategy and boost engagement.
• Work in close partnership with graphic design, business development, and operations teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism concerning sensitive information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools for social/blog content.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is an advantage.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or English is a plus.
