AI Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Utilize AI agents and LLM-based workflows to extract data from customer websites, import playbooks, and create topic structures, landing pages, and Spek libraries.

• Employ Spekit's AI Content Assistant to transform customer documents into structured, platform-native content at scale.

• Execute AI-assisted audits of customer content libraries and formulate migration plans.

• Manage manual imports from sources like Google Drive, SharePoint, and others.

• Review and enhance AI-generated content to ensure quality, structure, clarity, and a human touch.

• Rewrite, refine, and elevate copy tailored for sales representatives and managers.

• Implement design sensibility through hierarchy, formatting, logical flow, and visual consistency.

• Adjust and enhance AI-generated visual outputs.

• Create reusable templates and content frameworks.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to assess customer needs and develop implementations.

• Occasionally engage directly with customers to clarify content requirements and review deliverables.

• Contribute to the establishment of internal content standards, pre-built templates, and shared asset libraries.

• Assist with multiple customer implementations within the first 60 days.

• Independently manage content builds within six months and aid in the development of templates and frameworks.

• Help shape the future of AI-assisted content-building processes within a year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written English skills.

• Strong verbal English communication skills, capable of interacting with customers via Zoom calls.

• A genuine design sensibility with the ability to identify and rectify formatting, hierarchy, and layout challenges.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and daily use of LLMs.

• Organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple customer projects at once.

• Quick learner with the ability to adopt new tools, platforms, and workflows rapidly.

• Familiarity with sales enablement, customer success, or SaaS environments (preferred).

• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based workflows (preferred).

• Background in content design, instructional design, UX writing, or editorial work (preferred).

• Exposure to Notion, Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar content ecosystems (preferred).

• Basic understanding of automation concepts (preferred).

• Legally authorized to work from Pakistan.
