AI Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Employ AI agents and LLM-driven workflows to extract data from customer websites, import playbooks, and create topic structures, landing pages, and Spek libraries.

• Transform customer documents into structured, platform-native content utilizing Spekit's AI Content Assistant.

• Conduct audits of customer content libraries and develop migration strategies.

• Manage manual imports from platforms such as Google Drive, SharePoint, and other similar sources.

• Evaluate, refine, rewrite, and enhance AI-generated content to ensure clarity, relevance, and human-like quality.

• Implement thoughtful hierarchy, clean formatting, logical progression, and visual consistency within customer organizations.

• Enhance AI-generated visual outputs.

• Create reusable templates and content frameworks.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers during customer implementations.

• Occasionally engage with customers directly to clarify requirements and assess deliverables.

• Contribute to the development of internal content standards, out-of-the-box templates, and shared asset libraries.

• Exceptional written English skills.

• Strong verbal English proficiency and the ability to communicate with customers via Zoom.

• A keen design sensibility and the capability to enhance formatting, hierarchy, and layouts.

• Comfortable with AI tools and daily engagement with LLMs.

• Highly organized and self-motivated with the capacity to manage multiple customer projects.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and workflows swiftly.

• Familiarity with sales enablement, customer success, or SaaS environments.

• Experience in prompt engineering or LLM-driven workflows.

• Background in content design, instructional design, UX writing, or editorial work.

• Exposure to Notion, Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar content ecosystems.

• Basic understanding of automation concepts.
