This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct research and produce high-quality content, including blog posts, guides, landing pages, email sequences, and thought leadership articles.
• Tailor writing style to fit various brands and formats, ranging from executive long-form pieces to conversion-driven copy.
• Review all content delivered by accounts prior to customer delivery, which includes drafts from freelancers and AI assistance.
• Transform campaign strategies into cohesive sets of assets.
• Assist in managing freelance writers, creating briefs, and upholding customer brand guidelines and reference materials.
• Work collaboratively with larger marketing teams through multiple rounds of review and approval processes.
• Act on and monitor customer feedback effectively.
• Engage directly with customers regarding deliverables, timelines, and revisions; participate in customer calls.
• Contribute to performance reporting metrics.
• Thoughtfully incorporate AI tools into the content development process.
• Participate in team knowledge-sharing and internal initiatives.
• Take responsibility for content associated with assigned customers and evolve into managing larger, more complex accounts.
• 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in B2B SaaS.
• Outstanding writing skills with the ability to produce publication-ready content that requires minimal revisions.
• Strategic thinking regarding campaigns, with the capability to connect content pieces into an overarching campaign narrative.
• Versatility in writing both thought leadership pieces and concise, conversion-focused copy.
• Strong editorial judgment and decision-making skills.
• Experience in briefing, editing, or managing freelancers or team members.
• Proficient customer communication abilities.
• Familiarity with working alongside enterprise companies or larger marketing teams.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, contributors, and deadlines efficiently.
• Responsible and effective utilization of AI tools, with the capability to refine AI-assisted drafts to meet publication standards.
• Technical curiosity regarding software products and business operations.
• Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
