This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide and mentor Professional Services Sales Architects to ensure uniform and high-quality service delivery.
• Assist sales teams in formulating consulting engagement frameworks, proposals, and statements of work.
• Perform assessments of current capabilities and processes across various business functions, leveraging best practices, industry insights, and competitive analysis to enhance future state capabilities and process architecture.
• Aid in prospect discovery sessions, demonstrations, and planning meetings.
• Prepare and provide definitions of requirements or estimates for quoting implementations.
• Guarantee a thorough and proper transition of contracts from the sales phase to the implementation phase.
• Achieve or surpass annual sales targets.
• Engage in User Group and customer events to strengthen customer relationships, including product demonstrations, value-added workshops, and customer events.
• Demonstrated ability to secure new business.
• Relevant experience in the Computer Software sector.
• Confident and skilled negotiator capable of driving revenue growth.
• Ambitious and motivated individual with a strong desire for success.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Proficient in effective communication with customers and executive personnel.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Familiarity with revenue forecasting.
• Leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Over 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Prior experience in a consulting role in the relevant areas is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of EDI Software and its implementation processes.
