Senior Consultant, Workforce AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement detailed change management strategies and plans.

• Offer thought leadership, best practices, innovative methodologies, and industry expertise.

• Support customers experiencing challenges during migration to overcome hurdles.

• Perform impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, information inventories, and readiness evaluations.

• Create communication materials and training programs.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to enhance awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support.

• Track change progress and performance metrics; take corrective actions as needed.

• Collaborate with IT, IT support services, organizational change management (OCM), marketing, project management, and HR teams.

• Identify and address people-related risks and concerns regarding technology implementation.

• Promote the adoption of new technologies through change networks, senior sponsors, and resistance management strategies.

• Design and conduct user training programs and workshops.

• Create user adoption strategies and identify change champions.

• Remain updated on digital, productivity, and industry technology trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Experience with Microsoft technologies and solutions.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in change management methodologies and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with ADKAR methodologies and other organizational change management frameworks.

• Experience in managing large-scale technology migration projects.

• Knowledge of Agile, KANBAN, and SCRUM project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Miro.

• Possession of Prosci certification or a similar change management certification, such as ACMP, is advantageous.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital and productivity solutions, including Cisco, Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Power, UI Path, Agentic AI, and Microsoft CoPilot.

• Familiarity with large-scale enterprise architecture in relation to organizational change management of new solutions in an enterprise environment.
