AI Growth Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations and quality assurance for the internal growth platform

• Evaluate new releases, rule modifications, edge cases, and existing features through regression testing

• Identify, document, track, and confirm solutions for bugs, including reproduction steps, severity, and impact

• Monitor platform performance and agent activities

• Report anomalies, ambiguous issues, and high-risk outputs

• Manage daily approval queues and ensure timely reviews

• Assess agent outputs against established checklists and standards

• Recognize confusing or inconsistent workflows and communicate them to the team

• Create and maintain test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes

• Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and platform operators

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics, preferably within a software product or complex system

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Methodical approach to testing, including the ability to create and follow test plans

• Strong written communication skills for bug reporting and documentation

• Comfort with handling data and using dashboards

• Quick learner of new tools and systems

• Frequent use of AI tools and a curiosity about their limitations

• Eagerness to learn prompt engineering and communicate effectively with AI systems

• Dependability in maintaining routines and managing queues

• Experience in testing software products or AI/LLM-based tools is a plus

• Familiarity with Jira, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is advantageous

• Exposure to marketing, CRM, or lifecycle messaging workflows is beneficial

• Interest in fintech or cryptocurrency is a plus
