Senior Consultant – Telecom

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic technology consulting services to law firms and corporate clients.

• Perform thorough patent portfolio evaluations to uncover strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for monetization.

• Provide insights on telecom technology trends, 3GPP/ETSI standards, and their effects on patents and intellectual property rights.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Guide and mentor teams engaged in technology research, analysis, and patent assessment.

• Demonstrate thought leadership through published research papers and blog contributions.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering from top-tier institutions.

• Over 7 years of experience in the Telecom/Cellular Technology sector.

• Extensive knowledge of telecom network architectures, including 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G.

• High-level expertise in wireless communication standards (3GPP, ETSI) and telecom frameworks.

• Excellent skills in client management and stakeholder engagement.

• Proven track record of advising executives, IP litigators, and corporate clients on telecom technology strategies.

• Capability to identify risks related to patent infringement and develop IP monetization strategies.
