Senior Consultant – Technology Transformation Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist and take charge of certain aspects of client projects centered on digital transformation, technology modernization, cloud strategy, operating model advancement, and enterprise change efforts.

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions.

• Evaluate business, technology, process, and organizational data to formulate actionable recommendations.

• Develop executive-level maturity assessments, transformation roadmaps, business cases, operating model proposals, governance frameworks, and decision-support documents.

• Convert business priorities into transformation initiatives across cloud, data, AI, application modernization, and operational excellence.

• Organize complex client issues into workstreams, analyses, recommendations, and implementation pathways.

• Collaborate with advisory, cloud, engineering, data & AI, managed services, change, and design teams.

• Assist in proposal development, solution shaping, and client presentations.

• Guide junior team members and participate in practice development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of relevant experience in consulting or technology transformation.

• Proven experience in client-facing engagements involving digital transformation, cloud strategy, or technology modernization.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise technologies, including cloud, data, and AI platforms.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Experience in producing executive-level deliverables such as roadmaps, business cases, and assessments.

• Capability to work independently and manage workstreams effectively.

• Willingness to travel as required by client and business needs.
