Senior Consultant – Smart Work, Power Platform, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Requirements gathering and solution conception: You will capture requirements, analyze processes, identify opportunities for optimization and automation, and derive functional and technical concepts, as well as solution designs, roadmaps, and architectural decisions for low-code, AI, and Copilot solutions.

• Microsoft Power Platform & M365 (Modern Work): You will design and implement solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform and selectively integrate components of the Modern Work suite from Microsoft 365, combining them with automation and AI approaches, all the way from concept to rollout.

• Copilot Studio & agent-based AI development (low-code): You will design and develop AI-powered copilots and agents on a low-code basis, implement agent-based scenarios, and integrate them into Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, and business applications while considering governance, security, and user acceptance, iteratively refining prompts, dialogue, and agent logic.

• Development & enhancement: You will develop custom business applications and AI-adjacent solutions, contribute to advancing our proprietary software and agent components, and ensure clean architecture, maintainability, quality, and compliance.

• Agile work & project ownership: You will independently deliver projects using Scrum or Kanban methodologies and collaborate closely in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner with fellow Provectrons.

• Knowledge transfer & enablement: You will train customers and Provectrons on the Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI use cases while creating guidelines, best practices, templates, and reusable components for low-code and AI solutions.

• Contribution to Provectus' Smart Work service: You will assist in the development and delivery of our Smart Work service portfolio for clients, contribute your own ideas and use cases, and support the standardization, scaling, and optimization of Modern Work, process automation, and AI Copilot solutions.

• Teamwork: You will regularly share ideas across departments with colleagues and actively participate in daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously enhance solutions and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Microsoft technologies & platforms: You possess extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and ideally with Dataverse; you are well-versed in Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint & Teams, and Modern Work scenarios.

• AI & Copilot competency: You have experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, and the design/implementation of AI-assisted copilots or agent-based solutions; you are knowledgeable about use-case design, governance, prompting, and adoption.

• Requirements analysis & solution design: You can capture requirements in a structured manner, analyze them, and translate them into functional and technical concepts; you provide advice in workshops and stakeholder management and implement solution designs.

• Soft skills & customer orientation: You are an effective communicator in both German and English and consistently act in a customer- and service-oriented way.
