Senior Consultant, Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to our public sector clients, including government agencies, churches, hospitals, and social insurance providers, by creating innovative and tailored solutions using our software in collaboration with them.

• Design intricate government solution architectures utilizing our OpenText software across multiple platforms or within cloud environments.

• Offer business consulting services to clients throughout all phases of digital transformation and on topics specific to the public sector.

• Develop implementation plans and rollout strategies.

• Define functional enhancements and customizations, in addition to conducting testing and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline.

• Several years of relevant professional experience within the Italian public sector, showcasing a strong enthusiasm for consulting and advising clients.

• Proficiency in one or more technologies is essential: SQL, client-server architecture, web technologies, operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Kubernetes).

• Programming skills in languages such as Visual Basic, Java (Script), C#, .NET, HTML, Python, etc., are advantageous.

• Willingness to travel for on-site client consulting.

• Native fluency in Italian and excellent written and spoken English skills.
