Senior Consultant, Process Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Partner with the Global VP of Transformation/LPM to create and uphold a prioritized portfolio of enhancement initiatives.

• Spearhead high-impact DMAIC/DMADV projects from initiation to control, utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization.

• Convert improvement insights into executable roadmaps; conduct workshops (Kaizen, A3 thinking, fishbone diagrams, hypothesis-driven problem solving).

• Establish and monitor KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, and control plans; develop dashboards and routines that support improvements after implementation.

• Collaborate with Agile Coaches, RTEs, Product Management, and Finance to synchronize CI efforts with Program Increments, PI Objectives, and Lean Budget Guardrails.

⛳️ Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized authority.

• 5–8+ years of experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

• Proven track record in delivering tangible savings and measurable performance improvements in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Strong knowledge of DMAIC/DMADV methodologies, value stream mapping, and statistical analysis (Minitab, JMP, or similar tools).

• Experience in Agile/Lean Portfolio environments; familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Outstanding facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder influence abilities.
