Senior Consultant – Process Excellence, Process Improvement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in diagnosing processes, designing solutions, and transforming initiatives across various global business functions.

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders from diverse business sectors, including senior and executive-level participants.

• Lead workshops to collect insights, align stakeholder perspectives, and collaboratively develop future-state solutions.

• Evaluate existing processes, governance structures, and operating models.

• Create future-state processes and organizational frameworks that facilitate digital transformation, automation, and AI integration.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and outline actionable transformation recommendations.

• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and executive-level deliverables.

• Convert complex and ambiguous information into clear, structured outputs and actionable strategies.

• Collaborate closely with another consultant as a delivery pair for each project engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading process diagnosis, discovery, and future-state design initiatives.

• Strong skills in workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing others.

• Ability to swiftly grasp unfamiliar business contexts and synthesize intricate information.

• Proven ability to design processes, governance frameworks, and organizational enhancements that support digital transformation and technology adoption.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

• Certifications in BPM, Design Thinking, Change Management, Agile, or Process Mining are advantageous.

• Experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, BPM, or transformation-related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities backed by structured methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in large, complex global organizations; familiarity with Shared Services/GBS is a significant advantage.

• Ability to create executive-ready presentations, business cases, and impactful communications.
