Senior Consultant, Platform Professional Services – NG-SIEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Operate autonomously while delivering exceptional integration and delivery services to a diverse array of organizations and sectors.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward achieving mature outcomes through advanced SIEM, log management, AI-assisted investigations, and SOAR functionalities.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on Falcon Next-Gen and other pertinent Falcon modules for our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience utilizing log management/SIEM solutions (such as Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, Splunk, Chronicle, Exabeam, QRadar, Sumo Logic, etc.) and SOAR platforms (like CrowdStrike Fusion, Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Tines, Swimlane, etc.) within a Security Operations role, professional services consulting position, or a similar capacity.

• Familiarity with log analysis, data onboarding, parsing, developing searches, creating dashboards, and reviewing alerts, along with best practices in these areas.

• Intermediate knowledge (3+ years) of major cloud service providers and their offerings, including hands-on experience configuring policies and integrating applications on AWS, GCP, and Azure.

• Intermediate knowledge (3+ years) of traditional IT Security functions, encompassing directory services, authentication, networking, data storage, and endpoint security.

• Proficient in creating, interpreting, and modifying configuration, automation, and integration scripts using languages, tools, and standards such as Python, Powershell, Javascript, YAML, REST API, GO, Cribl, Postman, etc.

• Experienced in leveraging an AI platform for developing integrations, synthesizing security data, and assisting with code reviews.

• Skilled in creating documentation and facilitating knowledge transfer of deployments to customers and internal teams.

• Capable of translating customer requirements and experiences into actionable feedback for internal product and engineering groups.

• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 25%).

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive positive business results.
