Senior Consultant, Platform Professional Services – NG SIEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the strategic planning, deployment, implementation, and ongoing operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and its associated applications.

• Delivering technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting support.

• Assisting customers in operationalizing all components of the Falcon platform.

• Diagnosing and resolving customer issues in environments ranging from small to large enterprises.

• Utilizing and engineering both native and third-party software deployment technologies.

• Creating scripting and application solutions utilizing Falcon APIs.

• Managing customer project planning and status updates.

• Collaborating closely with customer information technology teams.

• Providing support to both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams in deploying Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors.

• Working in conjunction with the Platform Operations team to develop customer-facing materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT deployments or in an end-user/customer environment.

• Fundamental understanding of software deployment technologies.

• Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.

• Demonstrated experience in effective communication and the ability to build collaborative relationships.

• Skilled in presenting technical content to diverse audiences.

• Background in computer and network systems security.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying solutions to complex and unusual challenges.

• Proactive and meticulous in managing tasks and prioritizing customer projects.

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.

• Willingness to travel and undertake assignment work as necessary.
