Senior Consultant, Oracle EPM Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in outlining the necessary scope to fulfill client goals and objectives.

• Contribute to estimates regarding the work effort, time, and resources needed to deliver the defined scope.

• Aid customers in aligning their business operations with Oracle's premier industry processes.

• Support the project plan and provide consistent updates.

• Collaborate with clients to design and develop prototypes on Oracle Cloud, while understanding and communicating options and the rationale behind decisions.

• Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions, while accurately recording Oracle service requests and resolving them to completion.

• Identify potential risks, assess options, and recommend and implement solutions to prevent project obstacles.

• Mentor and guide client and ArcLight project resources to ensure high-quality task completion.

• Build a personal brand by consistently meeting or surpassing commitments related to schedule and quality.

• Continuously enhance ArcLight’s delivery model and assets to maximize customer value while improving project delivery efficiency.

• Expand skills to gain a broader understanding of Oracle Cloud, as well as sales and delivery processes.

• Increase knowledge and skills in software industry trends, our client’s sector, and the latest Oracle modules and features.

• Attain and maintain Oracle Cloud implementation certifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or post-graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM solutions and more than 4 years of experience with Planning and Budgeting.

• Proficiency with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS modules, including financials, workforce, and capital projects.

• Experience in integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modules.

• Familiarity with FP&A, financial closing, and/or planning/forecasting business processes.

• Project management experience in planning implementation activities for Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Functional experience in implementing Oracle EPM Cloud with direct customer engagement. Hands-on tasks included facilitating design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud in accordance with Oracle best practices, identifying application gaps, providing and evaluating recommendations to address those gaps, completing functional designs, offering Oracle Cloud process guidance and training, as well as developing and executing test plans.

• Provide comprehensive implementation support by presenting complex concepts clearly and concisely, addressing bug fixes, and offering customer support. Communicate process and application trade-offs and tailored recommendations for specific customer requirements and user stories.

• Desire to work in a creative problem-solving environment with a keen eye for detail.

• Capable of effectively collaborating in a remote capacity with customers and peers.
