Senior Consultant, Oracle EPM Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in establishing the necessary scope to meet client goals and objectives.

• Aid in estimating the work effort, time, and resources required to deliver the defined scope.

• Support customers in aligning their business with Oracle's top industry processes.

• Contribute to the project plan and provide consistent updates.

• Collaborate with clients to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud.

• Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions, while logging appropriate Oracle service requests and ensuring their resolution.

• Identify risks, assess options, and recommend and implement solutions to prevent project obstacles.

• Mentor and guide client and ArcLight project resources to accomplish their tasks with excellence.

• Build a personal brand by meeting or surpassing commitments regarding schedule and quality.

• Continuously enhance ArcLight’s delivery model and resources to maximize value for customers while improving project delivery efficiency.

• Expand skills to develop a deeper understanding of Oracle Cloud, as well as sales and delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 6 years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM solutions and more than 4 years of experience specifically in Planning and Budgeting.

• Familiarity with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS modules, including financials, workforce, and capital projects.

• Experience in integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM modules.

• Working knowledge of FP&A, financial close, and/or planning/forecasting business processes.

• Project management experience in planning implementation activities for Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Functional experience in implementing Oracle EPM Cloud with direct customer engagement.

• Desire to work in a creative problem-solving environment with a keen attention to detail.

• Capable of effectively collaborating in a remote model with customers and colleagues.
