Senior Consultant – Operations Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our clients to assist them in making informed decisions and implementing solutions centered around "Heart of the Business" transformation strategies to enhance business value.

• Aid in identifying client project and program requirements by defining, analyzing, and managing these requirements to meet their needs.

• Discover opportunities and devise strategies to improve work processes and innovative methods for completing the scope of work.

• Engage in team problem-solving initiatives and contribute ideas to address client challenges.

• Conduct pertinent research, perform data analysis, and generate comprehensive reports.

• Ensure the completion and accuracy of work products are maintained.

• Evaluate restructuring operating models, organizational frameworks, and business processes to optimize core operations’ service delivery.

• Support proposal development as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years or more of professional experience in a transformation or consulting capacity with exposure to one or more of the following sectors: Energy Industry.

• A robust and proven track record in management consulting, with experience engaging in business, onsite project management, and operations transformation issues for clients.

• This role is based at a remote site and entails rotational working arrangements.

• Applicants must be willing and able to work on a rotation schedule, including extended periods at site locations.

• Experience and capabilities to drive insights, develop initiatives, and engage stakeholders across various functions to establish strategic directions, with experience as a planner or strategist in SAP PM and rationale that leads to operational change and execution.

• A willingness and ability to take initiative and learn autonomously.

• High emotional intelligence: the ability to foster strong relationships that promote openness and trust, collaborate effectively in team settings with colleagues and clients, and balance inquiry and advocacy in all personal interactions.

• Comfortable addressing complex issues where a definitive “right” answer may not exist; patient in situations involving uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.

• Capable of managing multiple, overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Must possess full travel mobility and the right to live and work in Indonesia.

• Able to commit to a contract position and work on-site.
