Senior Consultant, NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Drive the discovery of business processes in collaboration with stakeholders; document the current state, pinpoint gaps, and design solutions for the future state.

• Create and configure NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Consolidation, or Intercompany); suggest alternative methodologies and document functional specifications.

• Develop strategies for data migration and verify cleansing/transformation rules.

• Take ownership of project governance with support from a Project Manager: devise test plans, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), manage deviations from scope, and communicate risks and timelines to stakeholders.

• Create and implement training programs while also documenting best practices.

• Guide junior team members on best practices and the capabilities of NetSuite.

• Assist during the go-live phase and ensure post-implementation stabilization (30-60 days).

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP.

• More than 5 full-cycle implementations.

• Established expertise in configuring financial processes (GL, AR, AP, Consolidation, or Intercompany accounting).

• Experience in implementing enterprise software, ideally within financial/accounting systems.

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).

• Proficiency in Dutch is preferred for client interactions.

• Specialized knowledge in the design and configuration of NetSuite financial modules.

• Experience with data migration architecture and validation.

• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

• Proven capability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in working with multicultural teams.

• Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage complex projects independently.

• NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant.

• Familiarity with the SuiteSuccess implementation methodology.

• Experience with SuiteProjects, ARM, or Subscription Management configuration.

• Knowledge of system integration and architecture.

• CPA or a bachelor's degree.
