Senior Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of CRM solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enhance our consulting offerings.

• Assist clients in crafting contemporary CRM and sales workflows.

• Evaluate requirements, create practical solution concepts, and supervise their execution.

• Discover use cases for AI, Microsoft Copilot, and automation technologies.

• Independently coordinate client projects, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.

• Collaborate with our Business Development lead to drive the go-to-market strategy for this initiative.

• Continuously enhance existing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions from a subject-matter expert viewpoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of consulting experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM landscape, preferably emphasizing Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Engagement.

• Knowledge of sales, customer, and service processes, with the ability to convert business requirements into effective Microsoft solutions.

• Strong understanding of Power Platform and Dataverse, along with initial exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI-driven automation.

• Solution-oriented mindset, structured thinking, and a readiness to take responsibility from requirements assessment to successful execution.

• Clear and respectful communication skills, capable of confidently aligning clients, business units, and technical teams.

• Enthusiasm for pre-sales activities, workshops, and demonstrations, and actively contributing to the development of new consulting strategies.

• Completed vocational training, a degree, or an equivalent qualification, along with extensive relevant professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, CRM consulting, or Microsoft consulting.

• Proficient in German and competent in English, with a willingness to travel for client meetings.
