Senior Consultant – MBHS Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develops and implements strategies for growth, identifying new sales opportunities and following up on them.

• Leads teams in proposal writing and prepares written materials and reports for clients.

• Fosters and maintains strong relationships with senior education leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their challenges and priorities.

• Supports the Product Roadmap and the development of features and functionality for PCG’s MBHS technology: EDPlan Health - MBHS.

• Provides and/or utilizes MBHS subject matter expertise to advise clients on best practices, state and federal regulations, and assists in analyzing and interpreting federal and state laws, as well as reviewing business operations for service and efficiency enhancements.

• Creates communication plans, gathers requirements from key stakeholders, and facilitates discussions with clients.

• Serves as the overall Account Executive for both existing and prospective clients.

• Assigns tasks and responsibilities to team members.

• Evaluates MBHS best practices and offers technical assistance to clients.

• Collaborates effectively with senior managers on cross-functional initiatives to further PCG’s broader education practice goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience required; graduate degree is preferred.

• 5-10 years of work experience in consulting, business development, or client relationship management related to MBHS Policy, MBHS Information Systems, or MBHS Technology.

• Experience in information technology, finance/business operations, K-12 education, and school-based MBHS support is highly desirable.

• Willingness and ability to travel across the U.S. to engage with clients and represent PCG at key events.
