Senior Consultant – Marketing Analytics BI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data models, enhance DAX engineering, and create automated dashboards for enterprise use.

• Optimize data ingestion from various marketing platforms to facilitate real-time, low-latency reporting.

• Develop standardized scorecards for campaign proposals, establish performance baselines, and create comprehensive reporting frameworks.

• Convert intricate technical data insights into impactful presentations tailored for executive audiences.

• Provide clear, data-driven narratives to senior leadership to enhance budget allocation and cross-channel marketing strategies.

• Spearhead strategic initiatives related to enterprise-wide AI adoption, cloud-native data modernization, and measurable business outcomes.

• Collaborate with AI, data, engineering, and consulting professionals across different regions.

• Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical field, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong expertise in Power BI data modeling, DAX engineering, and the development of automated dashboards.

• Experience in designing and implementing campaign measurement frameworks, including the refinement of taxonomies and data dictionaries.

• Proficient in incrementality measurement, control group methodologies, and assessing incremental business impact across various channels.

• Specialized knowledge in developing ROI measurement frameworks, standardized proposal scorecards, and campaign reporting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to present complex data narratives to C-suite executives.
