Senior Consultant / Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• The Senior Consultant plays a key role in the successful development and implementation of Supply Chain / Procurement process transformation projects.

• This role involves supporting Associate Partners and Partners in account development and sales delivery cycles, as well as leading practice development initiatives, which include creating business cases and publishing white papers.

• The development and delivery of Supply Chain / Procurement transformation engagements necessitate a solid understanding and relevant experience in implementing similar solutions for complex clients. This includes areas such as strategic sourcing/Procurement, supply/demand planning, production planning, benchmarking and strategy assessment, inventory management, logistics optimization, change management, and technology initiatives.

• This individual is expected to convert business challenges into effective solutions.

• The consultant will provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team while also managing client relationships.

• The consultant will be regarded as a Subject Matter Expert in one of the following areas: Demand/Supply planning including S&OP, Procurement, Strategic sourcing, Production planning, Inventory optimization, Warehousing, or Logistics & distribution.

• Experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Mining, Electronics, and Automotive is advantageous. Expertise in Material Management, Spare Parts, or Maintenance is highly valued.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or equivalent proven experience in the Supply Chain field.

• Over 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related areas.

• A minimum of 5 years in consulting management roles.

• Extensive consulting experience in a dynamic environment, with exposure to innovative approaches in Supply Chain (e.g., SCOR Model).

• Strong background in Procurement/Sourcing/Demand Planning/Production Planning/Inventory optimization/Warehousing/Logistics & Distribution and business process re-engineering.

• Relevant experience in negotiation strategies and oversight of Procurement programs for a diverse range of items and services.

• Proven ability to utilize best practices for managing significant corporate cost reduction initiatives and process improvement programs.
