Senior Consultant – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-demand consulting services to SaaSCG NetSuite clients who have completed their implementations.

• Assess and document customer requirements.

• Advise customers on SCG best practices that could potentially address their needs when applied.

• Collaborate with customers to design, test, and implement NetSuite functionalities.

• Elevate tasks or enhancements to other members of the SaaSCG NetSuite team who possess specialized skills.

• Offer on-demand learning support to clients, covering navigation, workflows, and saved search creation.

• Engage in hands-on troubleshooting and provide solutions or fixes for intricate business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in practical sales, sales operations, systems consulting, project management, or operational/accounting roles.

• At least 2 years of experience as an advanced user or consultant of NetSuite (or a similar Accounting/ERP system).

• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with internal teams and customers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or other relevant fields.

• NetSuite Certifications are highly desirable (ERP, ARM, Multi-Book, Financial User, Administrator, SuiteFoundation, etc.).

• Willingness to travel as required.
