Senior Consultant, IT Service Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to optimize IT portfolios, concentrating on IT services, suppliers, and assets.

• Enhance service delivery through initiatives that create business value.

• Assist in the successful execution and ongoing development of IT services.

• Aid IT sourcing projects focused on improving the cost efficiency, quality, and scalability of the IT organization.

• Optionally offer professional leadership and mentoring to junior consultants on collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree.

• A minimum of three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT service management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of established frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL.

• Strong grasp of the intersection between IT and business.

• An analytical mindset capable of structuring complex information and clarifying relationships.

• A highly self-motivated and diligent work ethic.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

• Business-fluent in German.
