Senior Consultant, IT Service Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance clients' IT portfolios by concentrating on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets.

• Elevate service delivery through the identification and implementation of business-oriented strategies.

• Assist in the effective execution and ongoing enhancement of IT services.

• Aid IT sourcing initiatives that focus on optimizing the costs, quality, and scalability of the IT organization.

• Optionally offer subject-matter expertise and mentorship to junior consultants during collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree.

• A minimum of three years of experience in project management and/or consulting within IT service management.

• Strong comprehension of established frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL.

• Deep understanding of the relationship between IT and business operations.

• An analytical mindset capable of structuring complexity and clarifying relationships.

• High self-motivation and a diligent approach to work.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in business-fluent German.
