Professional Services Staff Consultant, XSIAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage intricate deployment projects for the XSIAM platform tailored for enterprise clients.

• Develop customized playbooks and automation workflows to address customer security challenges.

• Design unique correlations with log events to fulfill security use cases.

• Act as the primary XSIAM subject matter expert for both customers and internal teams.

• Diagnose technical issues and create effective solutions.

• Mentor junior team members and share expertise.

• Contribute to the development of methodologies, playbooks, and best practices for the XSIAM Professional Services portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in deploying and managing SIEM platforms, including log parsing, correlation, and strategic implementation.

• Significant experience in deploying and managing EDR/XDR/Endpoint platforms and agents.

• Proficient in Linux systems administration.

• Skilled in Python and/or JavaScript for custom integrations and advanced playbook development.

• Advanced knowledge of APIs and the capability to integrate XSIAM with various security tools and infrastructure components.

• Expertise in designing and implementing sophisticated security use cases.

• Solid understanding of security concepts, frameworks, and compliance standards.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale XSIAM platform deployments for enterprise clients.

• Architectural proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and performance-optimized XSIAM solutions.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and their associated security services.

• In-depth understanding of incident response processes, including triage, investigation, and remediation.
