Senior Consultant, IT Management – Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients regarding transformation, digitalization, and IT management.

• Recognize and analyze organizational challenges faced by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create customized solutions.

• Facilitate change processes involving employees and management across diverse industries and public sectors.

• Contribute to the enhancement of the consulting offerings by sharing experience and introducing new methodologies.

• Optionally, offer professional guidance to Junior Consultants on collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience in project management or consulting related to transformation and digitalization within an IT-focused environment.

• Basic knowledge of ITIL, Scrum, or PRINCE2 methodologies.

• Strong enthusiasm for effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital landscape.

• Awareness of the challenges at the intersection of IT and business operations.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities in German.

• It is not necessary to fulfill all listed requirements; any knowledge gaps can be addressed through on-the-job training.
