Senior Consultant, IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• The Consultant acts as the representative of Eraneos, fostering relationships with clients.

• Formulate concepts and oversee the execution of business strategies tailored to specific industries.

• Assist in defining and applying comprehensive IT strategies.

• Evaluate and enhance IT organizational frameworks and governance structures.

• Create and refine IT service management workflows and operational procedures.

• Participate in sales initiatives and the development of new business opportunities.

• Oversee projects utilizing both traditional and agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting or a related discipline.

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

• Strong understanding of consulting techniques and systematic problem-solving.

• Exceptional skills in presentation and communication with stakeholders.

• Experience in application modernization and cloud migration projects.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms and architectures (both public and hybrid).

• Comprehensive understanding of IT service management and service transition principles based on ITIL.

• Familiarity with IT target operating models and vendor management within complex settings.

• Demonstrated success in sales and new business development across Asia.

• Proficient in English with business-level fluency.

• Openness to travel as required.
