📋 Description

• Engage in consulting and delivering training programs focused on people management and corporate issues, assisting law firms with leadership and people management initiatives, which include creating professional development plans (career plans), partner/shareholders' agreements, and related activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law

• Postgraduate degree in People Management, Strategic Management, Business Management, or related fields

• Experience as a consultant in People Management and/or Corporate matters

• Proven experience in developing Professional Development Plans (Career Plans) specifically for law firms

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools (Outlook, WhatsApp Business Web, Teams, OneDrive, Trello)

• Advanced understanding of major legal practice management software

• Strong knowledge of flowcharts, organizational charts, workflows, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Familiarity with ISO standards and Bitrix24 will be viewed as advantages

• Awareness of technology applied in the legal sector will be considered a plus

• Experience in drafting partner/shareholders' agreements for law firms will be regarded as an advantage

• Excellent communication skills with strong writing abilities; dedicated, proactive, responsible, and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
