Senior Consultant II – Agency Strategy & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Contribute to and assist in the strategic design, planning, and execution of sales programs and processes.

• Evaluate business practices and objectives, leading efforts for process redesign.

• Offer consultation, project leadership, and subject matter expertise across enterprise initiatives.

• Assess current business goals and trajectories to ensure alignment with practices.

• Analyze economic data related to moderately complex programs, projects, and processes, providing actionable alternatives.

• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance practices and boost performance.

• Build strong relationships with sales, field, and cross-functional leadership to achieve results.

• Oversee the development and design of new plans, programs, and processes of moderate complexity.

• Review practices and create solutions aimed at improving efficiencies and increasing production.

• Create communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, or processes.

• Suggest solutions for market-specific ramifications of business strategies.

• Keep track of market trends and assist the business in adapting to changing conditions that impact goals and production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4-year) preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred.

• Capability to manage projects effectively.

• Proficiency in data analysis preferred.

• Strategic thinking skills.

• Problem-solving aptitude.

• Ability to tell stories with data.

• Strong consultative and collaboration skills.
