This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist the branch and/or region in reaching business goals by providing operational support and managing sales compliance along with regulatory requirements.

• Create interdependent teams and collaborate across various functional and operational groups.

• Conduct risk assessments and compliance monitoring; suggest risk and regulatory solutions.

• Monitor initiative metrics and milestones to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Organize databases in line with data governance standards.
• Track performance, identify challenges, and generate regular and on-demand reports and dashboards.
• Lead or take part in change management and communication initiatives.
• Prepare documentation and findings related to compliance monitoring and risk assessments.
• Carry out administrative reviews, regulatory filings, and transaction reporting.
• Maintain branch organization, delegation templates, and policies and procedures effectively.
• Oversee cash and securities responsibilities as well as operational compliance.
• Drive operational programs and evaluate the quality of execution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business applications and systems.
• Supervise operational controls and facilitate corrective actions as necessary.
• Identify and recruit candidates for sales and service positions.
• Support trainee mentorship and oversee performance during and after the 18-month training period.
• Design, implement, and manage essential business/group processes and programs.
• Create tools and training programs and provide training as required.
• Offer administrative and operational support for financial and transactional processing, account management, documentation, and compliance.
• Uphold service standards, escalate discrepancies, and adhere to risk and compliance policies.
• Safeguard the Bank’s assets while complying with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
• Generally 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Sales and service experience is preferred.
• Extensive operational experience is required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is necessary.
• Comprehensive experience with financial planning products and associated technologies.
• Must fulfill licensing and certification requirements for the team, branch, and jurisdiction where the role is performed.
