This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project management for partner implementations, which includes developing project plans, managing workstreams, establishing timelines, identifying milestones, tracking dependencies, and addressing open items.

• Facilitate implementations from the execution of contracts to launch by monitoring decisions, coordinating follow-ups, and resolving outstanding needs.

• Manage the intake and documentation of incoming partner requests by setting priorities, outlining next steps, and ensuring visibility for stakeholders.

• Recognize partner risks, obstacles, or gaps and escalate issues as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Head of Implementation and Corporate Initiatives to enhance payer satisfaction and ensure successful client outcomes.

• Create partner-facing project plans, prepare presentation materials, take meeting notes, and maintain decision logs.

• Engage in payer calls, oversee deliverables, document decisions, confirm ownership, and organize subsequent steps.

• Develop relationships with payer stakeholders and conduct weekly check-ins.

• Provide clear and timely status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate implementation workstreams with teams from Clinical, Operations, Finance, Provider Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional groups.

• Assist in post-launch account management by monitoring data feeds, tracking reporting requirements, and managing operational follow-ups.

• Contribute to the creation of the partner implementation playbook by documenting repeatable processes, lessons learned, templates, and best practices.

• Suggest process enhancements that improve clarity, efficiency, and consistency.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing operations, partner implementation, or account management within the healthcare sector.

• Proficient project management skills, including structured plan development, milestone tracking, and risk management across multiple simultaneous initiatives.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills when engaging with internal leadership and external payer stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail with proactive identification and resolution of issues.

• Must possess authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Availability to work during ET or CT hours.
