Senior Consultant – HR & Compliance Management, IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Analyzing B2B collaboration models and identifying risks.

• Designing organizational solutions for IT companies.

• Conducting workshops and meetings with management and HR departments.

• Preparing recommendations regarding work organization, roles, and responsibilities.

• Collaborating with experts in labor law, taxation, and compensation.

• Several years of experience in HR or organizational consulting.

• Experience with technology companies.

• Understanding how software houses operate.

• Ability to analyze processes and ask the right questions.

• Proficient communication skills in English.

• Skill in building relationships with clients and managing consulting projects.
