Senior Consultant, Healthcare Strategy – Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee specified workstreams within healthcare strategy and transformation projects, managing daily execution, analytical results, and narrative development.

• Transform unclear client requirements into organized problem-solving strategies, encompassing problem framing, hypothesis formulation, workplan creation, execution, and escalation of risks/issues.

• Utilize expertise in commercial payer/provider dynamics to tackle federal health issues related to reimbursement, payment frameworks, and policy-driven incentives.

• Conduct and direct both quantitative and qualitative analyses, converting findings into actionable insights for decision-making.

• Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and succinct written recommendations.

• Analyze current operations, pinpoint challenges, design future-state processes and operating models, and establish governance and metrics.

• Organize and facilitate stakeholder working sessions, interviews, and workshops.

• Guide and mentor junior staff through delegation, quality assurance, and constructive feedback.

• Support internal capability enhancement, thought leadership, template development, accelerators, and proposal/capture initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Over 3 years of experience in consulting and/or roles within the healthcare sector

• Proven experience in healthcare strategy and/or transformation

• Familiarity with payer/provider operating models or performance enhancement

• In-depth understanding of commercial payer/provider landscapes, reimbursement/payment principles, and the impact of policy/payment on outcomes

• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data manipulation

• Advanced proficiency in Excel

• Competence in leading workstreams, creating client-ready deliverables, and communicating effectively both in writing and verbally

• Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance

• US citizenship is mandatory

• Willingness to travel as required, up to 25%
