Senior Consultant, GLPI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the client's Trusted Advisor, comprehensively understanding business needs and converting them into specifications for technical teams.

• Act as a liaison between the business and technical sectors, ensuring cohesive alignment of expectations, solutions, and deliverables.

• Assist in defining the GLPI implementation and evolution strategy, with an emphasis on the ITSM module.

• Drive the discovery, refinement, and prioritization of demands through a consultative method focused on delivering business value.

• Oversee the development lifecycle, guaranteeing compliance with requirements, timelines, and quality of delivery.

• Support discussions on functional architecture—without assuming the architect role—ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with the ServiceNow framework.

• Organize stakeholder meetings, including alignment sessions, refinement discussions, status updates, and executive presentations.

• Detect opportunities for ongoing improvement, automation, and process optimization on the platform.

• Collaborate closely with the client in a Product Owner/Functional Consultant role, emphasizing value and outcomes.

• Engage with a client in the retail industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a GLPI Consultant, particularly focused on the ITSM module.

• Proven track record of serving as a bridge between business and technology.

• Experience in gathering and managing requirements, backlogs, and enhancement requests.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at various levels, ranging from technical teams to executive leadership.

• Strategic and analytical mindset to propose solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Experience operating in complex corporate environments involving multiple teams.

• Familiarity with GLPI solutions across various modules.

• Certification in the ITSM module is advantageous.

• Experience with portals and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
