This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Implement Enable products within a specific area of expertise across various customer environments.

• Apply products that meet client business needs within the defined Scope of Work.

• Plan and carry out implementation tasks while driving project milestones to successful completion.

• Manage customer escalations in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Diagnose technical implementation challenges and collaborate with Enable support teams.

• Provide product and solution expertise as part of Enable project teams.

• Develop knowledge bases that encompass lessons learned, best practices, tools, methods, and learning events.

• Mentor associate-level consultants on designated client engagements.

• Recognize customer training gaps and identify opportunities for product or service expansion.

• Facilitate customer meetings and workshops, address complex support tasks, and independently assess customer requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within Customer Success or an enterprise software organization is preferred.

• Relevant product and industry certifications as necessary (e.g., Oracle, SAP, SQL).

• Proficient in managing large data sets and deriving pertinent insights.

• Maintain current internal and external technical and professional certifications at the appropriate levels.

• Experience working with international cross-cultural teams is preferred.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Advanced technical knowledge in a selected domain.

• Strong technology troubleshooting skills.

• Proven project management capabilities.

• Ability to effectively manage time and multitask.

• Commitment to completing ethics, security, compliance, and mandatory training.

• Some travel may be necessary, typically up to 20%, occasionally reaching 50% or more.
