Senior Consultant, Global Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive market research framework for the entire organization.

• Create methodologies, quality benchmarks, operational models, and governance standards.

• Provide consulting and act as a strategic partner to business units regarding market potential, expansion, mergers and acquisitions, customer insights, competitive trends, product decisions, and strategic investments.

• Share expertise in market, customer, consumer, product, brand, and organizational intelligence.

• Convert complex research results into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Enhance the global market research portfolio.

• Identify and establish suitable make-or-buy and partnership strategies.

• Oversee collaboration with market research agencies and external partners.

• Ensure the effective utilization of market research budgets.

• Create reusable research frameworks, templates, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

• Encourage cross-departmental knowledge sharing and the reuse of insights gathered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, statistics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in global market research, customer or consumer insights, competitive intelligence, business analytics, or strategic consulting.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex international market research projects.

• Experience in establishing or further developing research, insights, or intelligence functions.

• Extensive experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, various business units, and international teams.

• Proficient in German and English (at least B2 level).

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Knowledge of the gaming industry, especially online gaming, is a plus.
