Senior Consultant, FINS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the ongoing growth through nCino engagements.

• Assess, analyze, and evaluate business systems, requirements, and user necessities.

• Independently develop and implement intricate systems and solutions that align with client business strategies.

• Organize meetings and create business process documentation.

• Conduct process flow analysis and enhance/redesign processes through technology.

• Define requirements, construct data models, and produce detailed functional designs.

• Lead specific segments of projects or manage individual engagements.

• Collaborate with Coastal and client team members to ensure customer success.

• Follow directions while demonstrating initiative and leadership when suitable.

• Utilize independent judgment on small and medium-sized client engagements or oversee key elements of larger projects.

• Carry out Salesforce.com administration, configuration, data migration, and integration tasks as instructed.

• Facilitate meetings and support brainstorming and consensus-building activities.

• Look for opportunities to enhance professional skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in the field.

• A minimum of 1 year of consulting experience.

• Practical experience with nCino.

• An active Salesforce Administrator certification or another Salesforce certification is required.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM systems.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Capability to discuss the advantages of a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

• Basic understanding of the implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM or ERP.

• Quick learner with a creative mindset.

• Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take on leadership roles when needed.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly understand and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• Must possess full-time permanent work authorization in the US.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

• Technical background or degree program preferred.

• Experience in Business Process, Process Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition, Configuration Workbook, Data Models, Detailed Functional Design, and Project Planning.

• Willingness to travel with clients or project teams as required.

• Ability to achieve one technical certification each quarter as directed by the immediate supervisor/manager.
