Senior Consultant – Finance Functional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Configure and maintain Finance modules while designing scalable, optimized solutions that adhere to industry best practices.

• Develop Lean specifications, execute Functional Unit Tests (FUTs), and produce setup documents and test scripts for enhancements.

• Collaborate with users to gather and analyze business requirements, align business processes with Oracle Cloud functionality, and suggest best practices.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement throughout the P2P, O2C, and R2R lifecycles.

• Support the design and testing of integrations with both upstream and downstream systems, ensuring data consistency.

• Assist in data migration utilizing FBDI templates, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing, development of reusable assets, process enhancements, and automation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance.

• A minimum of 1–2 complete Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

• Experience in consulting and supporting finance applications.

• Hands-on expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Expenses (EXP), and General Ledger (GL).

• Profound knowledge of data migration and system integrations.

• Solid understanding of FBDI templates, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI, and BIP reporting.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.
