Senior Consultant – Epic, Hospital Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in optimizing the Epic Hospital Billing workflow and system configuration

• Engage in hands-on Epic build and testing activities

• Enhance Hospital Billing workqueues and billing edits

• Provide support for denials and optimize the Revenue Management Center

• Conduct reporting utilizing Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer

• Recognize and implement opportunities to utilize Epic's native automation features within Hospital Billing

• Aid healthcare organization clients in maximizing their EHR technology investments while improving care delivery, patient outcomes, and profitability

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Hospital Billing certification is mandatory

• Comprehensive Epic HB generalist experience

• Practical experience with Epic Hospital Billing configuration, build, and testing

• Familiarity with HB workqueues, billing edits, and Revenue Cycle optimization

• Capability to operate independently in a remote consulting setting

• Preferred: Experience with Epic denials and RMC optimization

• Preferred: Knowledge of Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer

• Preferred: Experience in implementing Epic's native automation features

• Preferred: Prior experience supporting large-scale Revenue Cycle optimization projects
